Hi, I’m Steiffany Ruth, the baker and creative heart behind Manna Delight AK! 👩‍🍳🤍

My story with Manna Delight began back in 2018, when I connected and collaborated with my dear friend Pei, who started Manna Delight in the Philippines. She believed in me enough to give me the opportunity to bring Manna Delight to Alaska as a franchise, and she generously shared some of her own recipes, desserts, and knowledge with me. 🇵🇭

That opportunity became the beginning of something I could have only dreamed of.

I’m originally from the Philippines and moved to the U.S. when I was 17. I started my baking business in 2018, and in 2020, during the pandemic, I began making cakes. That season became a turning point for me and the beginning of so much growth and success. 🎂✨

What I love most about what I do is having the freedom to create art through my cakes and experiment with unique flavor combinations. I especially love bringing the flavors I grew up with into my desserts, specializing in Filipino favorites like Ube, Mango, Yema (Filipino custard), and Leche Flan. 🇵🇭💕
